Ingredients for Tantuni Recipe;
150 grams of ribeye
1 medium bulb onion
2 small tomatoes
2 pieces of medium size green pepper

1 piece of white bread (or two pieces of lavash)
1/2 piece of medium lemon

The purpose of water or gravy added occasionally during cooking is to control the temperature of the sheet and provide steam to soften the bread to which the tantun is to be wrapped.
You can choose to use pre-rested meat, you can also use a small amount of water in between instead of meat broth to ignite the stove.

How to make Tantuni Recipe?
If there is 300 grams of beef ribeye, clean the excess fat and cut into small cubes. Boil it until it drains with the addition of cold water.
