Ingredients for Baked Eggplant Gratin Recipe
3 eggplants
4 tomatoes
1 nectarine
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Sliced cheddar cheese

Baked Eggplant Gratin Recipe Making
Eggplant variegated peel and leave in salt water for at least half an hour.
